Student Government

What is student government?

Our Student Government team is a wonderful group of fifth-grade leaders who work hard to make a positive impact on our school community. This month, members will visit K–2 classrooms to lead a special read-aloud connected to our theme of thoughtfulness, helping younger students learn about kindness, empathy, and caring for others. They have also designed and published anti-bullying posters to spread awareness and encourage a supportive and respectful school environment. In the coming weeks, our student leaders will also work towards assisting with the Star Tiger of the Month assemblies, helping celebrate their peers and proudly demonstrate leadership throughout the school. We look forward to keeping you updated as our Student Government continues to plan and lead more exciting initiatives for this school year!
